Many agencies will work on a percentage of your ad spend. The downside of this model is that it incentives your agency to spend more and taking away profit. There are also agencies who charge based on revenue and/or profit. We believe this is a better way. However, there are many other factors (promotions, discounts, market demand, product availability, new products, store openings, etc.) that affect this and you might end up paying your agency too much.

We work on a rolling month to month contract, which you can end any time with 30 days notice. We are very confident that we can add value everyday and are happy to offer this to our clients.

Do you have a fixed Revenue objective? If yes, we will set a target ROAS (Return On Ad Spend) for Meta and Google first, after which we test this in the market. Once confirmed, we can tell you what budget is required to get to your revenue objective.
Do you have a maximum spend? There's your budget :-) Any savings can be made by figuring out the target ROAS and hitting the revenue goal before the budget is spent
Do you want to find out what's possible in the market? In this case, we'll determine your optimal ROAS, based on your costs and run with that until we've achieved maximum revenue
